Products may be returned within 10 days upon receipt, providing that the product has not been opened or worn. Customer is responsible for the delivery costs of returning products. Ruskorex needs to be informed about the intended return by mail or phone prior to returning, for the return to be accepted.
Products may be returned if the product is damaged or faulty upon receipt. If the wrong product has been supplied, or if the product is faulty or damaged, Ruskorex will make every effort to replace it on condition that the customer returns the products within 10 days of receipt. If replacement is not possible, Ruskorex will refund the purchase price including delivery cost upon receipt of the returned products.
Products cannot be exchanged for slight colour variance. The photos on the site are of the actual product available (not sample images), and any variance is due to screen variance/colour setting on the Users browser, for which the Provider cannot be held responsible.
If more than 10 days after receipt of the product a quality issues arises the product can returned to Ruskorex, for review. This is not a guarantee of replacement, however should the product have a quality issue every effort will be made to replace it and if this not possible a refund will be issued.
